Delete your smallTalk account

How to permanently remove your account and the data attached to it.

Option 1 — from inside the app

Open smallTalk and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Choose Delete Account and confirm.

This takes effect immediately: you are signed out of every device at the same moment your account is deleted.

Option 2 — by email

If you can no longer sign in, email contact@makersinfotechservices.comfrom any address, with the subject “Delete my account” and the phone number the account was registered with.

We only need the phone number on the account. We may ask one question to confirm the request came from you.

We action verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email once it is done.

What is deleted

What is kept, and for how long

Messages you sent that are still within their normal retention window	They are already scheduled for deletion on the same 24-hour timer every closed conversation follows — deleting your account does not shorten or extend it	Up to 24 hours after the conversation closed

Deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted it cannot be restored. If you only want a break from smallTalk, turning on Stay Invisible in Settings stops you from being placed in a new room, without deleting anything.
